I want to upgrade. When will it be effective?

Any upgrade to a Customer’s Service will be affected on receipt of a request for the upgrade. However, the effective date will be dependent on the relevant Network Operator’s internal processes and business rules. Any associated increase in the Service Tariff in the month for which the request was processed, will be billed pro rata for the number of days remaining until the first day of the next Calendar Month.
