Are there installation and activation fees?

Should there not be a promo running for free Installation and/or Activation, a once-off Activation fee of R 1 250.00 will be charged, which is required to be paid before the Installation can commence. Please note that there will be an Installation Charge of R 1 800.00 should there be a need to run the fibre cable into your premises where applicable. The installation cost covers the first 20 metres and an additional rate of R 40,00 per meter will be charged thereafter. Should there be a need for additional cabling, notice will be sent out prior to the installation.
