Has your internet connectivity been disrupted?

Here are some tips to get your internet connectivity restored.

• Is your account up-to-date? If not, please email accounts@oxygn.co.za

• Are all the cords plugged in properly and have you restarted your router? If your answer is no, please restart your router and check if your internet connectivity has been restored.

• Are there two solid white lines on the ONU? If you have one red light, The connection from the ONU to the terminal box might be faulty.
If you have two red lights, There might be a break in the Fibre. If both lights are solid white, then a faulty cord may need to be replaced.
Give us a call or log a ticket at support@oxygn.co.za and we will dispatch an ISP technician to repair your internet connectivity.
